Instructions for Authors (demo)

Instructions for Demo Submission

Demo submissions are made through the EasyChair submission page. Please submit proposals (up to 4 pages including a list of references in the LNCS single-column format) that include:

  • Demonstration title
  • Author name(s), affiliations, and contact information
  • Abstract (70–150 words)
  • Description of the demonstration focusing on innovation and research

The LaTeX and Word templates are provided below:

All proposals should be submitted in PDF format. Accepted demo proposals will be included in the proceedings.

CMMR will provide basic equipment  (1 table, 2–3 chairs, at least 1 power socket, Wifi connection, and a small poster panel for each demo). Demo presenters are expected to present their demos considering the restrictions imposed by the space and electric power capacity. If you need any specific requirement (e.g., larger space, use of devices with high power consumption, such as projectors), please contact the Demo Chair, although your request may or may not be accepted. Wifi connection is available yet limited.

Each accepted paper will be published from publicly-available repository service under the Creative Commons License. A persistent DOI will be assigned to each paper.
