Refund and Cancellation Policies
As a general rule, a registration fee (debt) will be incurred when you register on the Web. Since the debt has been issued at this point, the participation fee will not be refunded even if you did not come for your own convenience (including for Social Dinner).
Unforeseen circumstances are used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents CMMR2023 from continuing with a conference. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, social situation (COVID-19 e.g.), unavailability of conference venue, and technology challenges. Under any circumstance, the full amount may not be refundable.
